Indeed, your payment is processed right away. Initially, it might appear as an authorization on your account. Subsequently, once it’s accepted, it will be reflected as a charge on your statement.
Yes, we offer that service. You have the option to either request a brand new design from us or customize existing designs available in the shop to your liking. Additionally, you can specify changes such as font, quote, image, or any other elements you desire. Alternatively, you can provide us with your own design, and we will print and ship it according to your specifications.
If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment hasn’t been dispatched yet, please email us to update it to the correct one. However, if the item has already been shipped, we are not responsible for resending it to your new address. Therefore, please ensure that you input the correct address when placing your orders.
If you receive a defective item, simply send us a photo of it along with your order number. If the item(s) you received are defective or deteriorate in the first wash, we’ll arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you. You won’t need to return the item to us; all we require is a photo of the defective item.
